13:00’ den sonra verilen siparişler ürün detayda yer alan kargo süresine göre 1 gün sonra işleme alınacaktır.
Antenci mağazamızdan Almış olduğunuz ürünlerden bir tanesi ücretsiz kargo olduğu takdirde tüm siparişiniz tek pakette ve ücretsiz kargo olarak gönderilecektir.

Almış olduğunuz ürünler müşteri memnuniyeti kapsamında ambalajı ve orijinalliğinin bozulmamış olmaması kaydı ile 14 gün içerisinde iade alınabilmektedir.
İade ürünlerde Kargo Ücreti Antenci tarafından karşılanmaktadır. Vakum ambalajlı açılan ve ürünler bu kapsam içerisinde değildir.
Çanak anten, LNB, TV Askı Aparatı, Oto Hoparlör, montajı yapıldıktan sonra iadesi alınmamaktadır.
